Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms of service govern the use of the Yuuti platform (hereinafter referred to as "Platform") by customers and stylists. By using the platform, you acknowledge these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use the platform.

2. Contracting Parties and Subject Matter

Yuuti is an online platform that brings together customers and professional stylists. The platform enables customers to book beauty services and stylists to offer their services.

The contract for the provision of beauty services is concluded directly between the customer and the stylist. Yuuti acts merely as an intermediary and is not a party to the service contract.

3. Registration and User Account

Registration is required to use certain features of the platform. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and complete information
• Keep your access credentials confidential
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Inform Yuuti immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings can be made through the platform. The cancellation conditions are as follows:

• Cancellations up to 24 hours before the appointment are free of charge
• Cancellations within 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a fee
• No-show without cancellation may result in the full amount being due
• Stylists can cancel bookings up to 48 hours before the appointment

5. Payments

Payments are processed through the platform. Yuuti reserves the right to charge a commission fee. The exact fees are displayed at the time of booking. All prices include statutory VAT.

6. Liability

Yuuti is not liable for:

• The quality of services provided by stylists
• Damages arising from the use or non-use of the platform
• Failures or disruptions of the platform
• Losses or damages caused by technical problems

Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health as well as liability under product liability law remains unaffected.

7. Privacy

The protection of your personal data is important to us. Information on the collection, processing and use of your personal data can be found in our privacy policy.

8. Changes to Terms of Service

Yuuti reserves the right to change these terms of service at any time. You will be informed of changes by email or through the platform. The amended terms apply unless you object within 14 days of notification.

9. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these terms of service be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, provided that the user is a merchant, legal entity under public law or public-law special fund.
