How do I book a service?

You can easily book a service through our platform. Select the desired service, date, time and a stylist. The booking will then be processed directly through our secure payment platform.

How can I become a stylist?

To become a stylist, register on our platform and fill out the onboarding form. After reviewing your profile, you will be activated and can immediately receive bookings.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, you can cancel bookings free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. Please note our cancellation conditions in the terms of service.

How does payment work?

Payment is processed securely through our platform with Stripe. You can pay with credit card or other supported payment methods. Payment is only charged after completion of the service.

What happens if the stylist doesn't show up?

If a stylist doesn't show up, please contact our support immediately. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible and offer you a refund or a replacement appointment.

How can I delete my account?

You can delete your account at any time in the settings. Please note that all your data will be permanently removed after deletion.
